  Cannigione is very close to the famous Emerald Coast and to the enchanted islands of the Maddalena archipelago.

  Distance from: Bay of Sardinia- 7 minutes by car

                        Porto Cervo- 10 Minutes

                        Olbia (Port/Airport) 25-30 minutes

                        Palau and the Maddalena archipelago- 20 minutes

Cannigione has all the facilities( bank, post office, hotels, shop and medical assistance) as well as a tourist harbour to hire boats and take boat trips to the archipelago.

The flats are about 350 metre from the sea and about 800 metres from the nearest beach. The other beaches of the Emerald coast are about 10-15 minutes away by car.

The flats are new, with new furnishing, independent entrance, garden,veranda. The 2-room flat also has private parking. The 2-room flat can accomodate 4 people max.

The 3-room flat can accomodate 6 people max.

The town house (2-room + 3-room) can accomodate 10 people max. The units are rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.

Payment: 30% down-payment. The balance in cash upon arrival when you are given the keys.
Bedding, towels and tablecloths are not provided.
